As the year comes to an end, I always take a moment to pause.
December is busy for everyone—but for me, it’s also the time when I slow down, sit at my desk, and write thank-you cards by hand ✍️
One for every client.
In today’s world, it would be easier to send an automated email or a holiday message with one click. But that’s never felt right to me.
Because behind every cleaning is a home.
Behind every home is a family, a routine, a life.
When you invite my team into your space, you are trusting us with something personal. Writing these cards is my way of saying:
I see you. I appreciate you. Thank you for trusting us.
It’s hard to believe that more than 13 years have passed since I started VP Cleaning Services.
In that time, we’ve completed over 30,000 cleanings, earned a 98% returning client rate, and been honored with the Consumer Choice Award eight years in a row.
But what I’m most proud of isn’t the numbers.
It’s the relationships.
The clients who have stayed with us for years.
The families who call us part of their routine.
The trust that has grown quietly, visit after visit.
I write every card myself because I never want growth to distance me from the people who made it possible.
